The Town of Bruderheim is excited to announce that the Town was successful in winning the 2011 Communities In Bloom Provincial Award, (5 Blooms and the winner for Alberta for point scores) and will be competing NATIONALLY in 2012.

Congratulations to all Communities in Bloom volunteers, Town staff, and residents who helped to make our community shine this summer! Your efforts are the reasons why the Town achieved this outstanding success!

This is very exciting for our community.  We will also be part of the Communities in Bloom Greater Edmonton Area showcase in Quebec City in October 2011 at the National Awards Ceremony.  Our Spring Creek Wetland Interpretive Centre project will be talked about as a project that a small community of 501 - 2,000 population was able to complete. The intent of this presentation is to provide communities across Canada with small demonstrations of successful projects in the Greater Edmonton Area and invite everyone to the CIB National Presentations that will be hosted in Alberta next year.
