PAL Program

P.A.L. is short for "Play and Learn". You will learn fun things to do with your pre-school children that you can do at home. For more information please call Debbie Holland, Director at (780) 895-2874 or toll free at 1-877-895-2233.

Parents & Tots Program

This program is open to all parents with children ages birth to five years of age. Come out and enjoy meeting other parents in your community! Activities include guest speakers on a variety of topics, crafts, parenting support and much more!

Thursday Mornings from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Bruderheim Moravian Church. Childcare is provided on site for children age 1 to 5 years of age. Cost: FREE however registration is required. Contact the Town Office at 780-796-3731.

Parents & Tots Childcare Staff Position - The Town is seeking caregivers for the childcare room, Thursday mornings from 9:00-11:00am.

Gymboree Drop In Play Program

This free parent-child interactive program is available for all parents with children under the age of 5 years. It will be offered in Bruderheim once per week from October to March from 10:00 - 11:30 am at the COmmunity Hall. This program is made possible by a partnership between Bruderheim FCSS and the Vegreville and Area Parent Link Centre. Contact the Town Office at 780-796-3731 for more information. Child & Youth

True 2 You Program (Girls, Gr. 5 & 6)

If you would like to try some sports, cooking, activities, and fun games, this is the place for you! True 2 You is a program for girls designed to encourage healthy self image and life choices. It promotes physical and mental health.

Please call Lamont County FCSS at 1-877-895-2233 for more information and/or to register. Cost: Free.

FLEX Program (Boys, Gr. 5 & 6)

If you would like to try some sports, cooking, activities, and fun games, this is the place for you! FLEX is a fun program for guys designed to encourage healthy self-image and healthy life choices. It promotes physical and mental health.

This program is available in Bruderheim if there is enough interest (min. of 6 participants is required). Please contact 1-877-895-2233 if this program is of interest to your child.

Youth Action Group

At Bruderheim Moravian Church Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:30 pm starting Sept. 21st! Children from K-Gr. 6 join us for games, faith, songs, crafts, snack and FUN! Call the Town Office (780-796-3731) for more details.

Summer Day Camps

Adult

Ready, Set, Fit!

Individual or group exercise classes that focus on 'fusion fitness' -fitness infused with yoga, interval and circuit training classes, toning and tightening classes.

Yoga classes at the Bruderheim Arena Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm.
Classes will start Tuesday January 24th and go every week for 6 weeks.
Cost will be $55.00 for 6 classes. This is a great class designed to strengthen, lengthen, tighten and tone. If you want to come to the first class and check it out please do, drop in is $10.00 per class.

Dates and times are always changing, so please call 780-318-3321 to ask what can work for you! Classes may be tailored to meet the needs of groups of 5 or more. Please watch Town Newsletters for more information or call with any questions.
