Seniors Programs
Volunteer-Based Senior Snow Removal Program
This is a brand new program in the Town of Bruderheim!
The purpose of this program is to help connect seniors with local volunteers willing to help with snow removal during the winter months.
The Town of Bruderheim (FCSS) staff recruits and screens volunteers for this program. We will do our best to match seniors with a volunteer as soon as possible. HOWEVER, we cannot guarantee the availability of a volunteer. You will be notified by an FCSS staff member once your home has been assigned to a volunteer or volunteer group. Once a senior has been assigned a volunteer, he or she will clear snow at the senior's residence within 48 hours after a major snowfall.
To register for this program, please drop in to the Town Office (5017 Queen Street) to complete a registration form, or contact Judy Koschade at 780-796-3731.
