Bruderheim Arena

Bruderheim's indoor arena offers scheduled ice times for hockey practices and games, as well as public skating. Meeting room rentals also available. Contact Rob Komarniski, at 780-819-4625 for more information on bookings, public skating schedule, and fees.

Outdoor Rink 

Sharpen your skates and experience Canada's greatest game or enjoy a leisurely skate on our newly constructed (2010) outdoor rink. The ice quality is superb - thanks to our zamboni! Bruderheim's outdoor rink is open to the public and free of charge.  Enjoy!

Monday to Thursday and Sunday:  Noon to 11:00 pm

Friday and Saturday:  Noon to Midnight

Ball Diamonds

Batter up! Enjoy a game of ball at any of our three ball diamonds. Contact the Town Office (780-796-3731) for information on schedules and fees.

Locations:

• 2 shale diamonds at the Ag Grounds (north of the west end of 52nd Ave)
• 1 grass diamond next to the Bruderheim School grounds 

Soccer Field

The soccer field, located next Bruderheim School, is open to the public free of charge. For more information, contact Rob Komarniski, at 780-819-4625.

Updated Playgrounds

Children can get active in any of our three playgrounds:

• Half Moon Park (constructed in 2006): Located between the housing of 46^th and 46 A Street and 54^th and 55^th Avenue in Brookside Park subdivision. Entrances are on 54^th Avenue or on 46 A Street.
• Sunset Park (constructed in 2006): Located on the southwest side of 51^st Street.
• Bruderheim School Playground: Located in the school yard just off of 48^th Street or Highway 45.

Bruderheim Heritage Trail    

This paved walking trail links Bruderheim's neighbourhoods and scenic sites, giving visitors a chance to get fit while experiencing our community. Markers along the trail will take you through time, offering information on our cultural and natural heritage. See our brochure for more information.

Ag Grounds

The Bruderheim Agricultural Society maintains the Ag Grounds on the northwest end of town (52nd Ave). The area offers a chuck wagon/chariot race track and two shale ball diamonds. Fore more information, contact the Agricultural Society at 780-796-3598.
