On November 18th, 2011, the Bruderheim School Parent Advisory Council (BPAC) held a fundraising event to enhance the experience and quality of education children receive at Bruderheim School.
175 tickets were sold to the November 18th Edmonton Oil Kings game at Rexall Place in Edmonton, at which a 50/50 draw and Chuck a Puck promotion was conducted by BPAC, with proceeds going to the school.

School children from grades 4, 5, and 6 sang Oh Canada at the Oil Kings game
and grades 1, 2, and 3 children performed the traditional High Five with the Oil Kings players as they entered the ice at the start of the game.

BPAC, parents and community volunteers really came together to make this fundraising event a success. BPAC would like to thank volunteers and the entire Town of Bruderheim for its generous support .
